General Sales Terms and Conditions/Cancellation Policy
♣ Bookings
All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card number and expiration date.
For reservations requiring a minimum total of 4 rooms, a deposit payment will be required. The amount will correspond to 50% of the reservation amount.
♣ Cancellation
Cancellations may impact the sustainability of our establishment, therefore we apply the following policy:
> OFF SEASON
• You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before your arrival. After this period, 50% of the stay will be charged to you.
• For any cancellation a written request (e-mail or letter) will be required.
• No show on the scheduled day of arrival: the stay will be charged in full.
> HIGH SEASON
• You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 5 days before your arrival. After this period, the stay will be charged in full.
• No show on the scheduled day of arrival: the stay will be charged in full.
♣ Stay shortened
If your stay is interrupted without advising us at least 48 hours before the new desired departure date, the entire number of nights initially booked will be billed as compensation, with a maximum of 3 nights.
♣ Check-in
The rooms are available from 3 p.m. Check-in is from 3-8pm.
♣ Check-out
We ask that you please leave your room by 11 am. Beyond this time, we may charge €20 per hour of delay.

Credit cards, bank transfer and cash.
